How Does It Work?
Account Creation
1. Register as a customer and complete all required fields
2.You’ll receive an email confirming that your registration was successful. Our team will then review your application to assign you to the correct prcing tier.
3. Once your account has been approved and linked to the appropriate price list, you’ll receive a confirmation email
4. You can now log in to your account and start browsing our product catalog.
From Quotation to Order
5. Select your products as you would on any marketplace, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
6. After confirming your delivery address, submit your quotation request so we can calculate the shipping costs.
7. Once your quotation is reviewed, we’ll update it with the shipping fees. You’ll then receive an email notification that your quotation is ready for payment.
8. Log in to your customer portal to review, sign, and pay for your quotation directly on our platform.
9. As soon as your order is fully paid, we’ll start the shipping process.
